Summer is almost here, which means I’m busy creating all kinds of fun no-bake recipes just in time for the heatwave. One of my go-to’s every year is milkshakes! They’re super easy to make and are the most delicious thing to enjoy on a hot summer day. This time I wanted to take a fun twist on the classic cookies and cream.

Whether you’ve got an extra slice of apple pie or the ingredients to make an apple hand pie, these Apple Pie Milkshakes are the perfect twist on the classic dessert! Yep, apple pie in milkshake form. And it tastes exactly like that! You can’t beat the combination of a sweet, buttery crust, apple cinnamon filling, and vanilla ice cream.
You can use a slice of apple pie if you’ve got one on hand, but I also have a really easy apple hand pie recipe for you that only needs one apple. It makes a total of three hand pies, two of which will be added to the milkshake, leaving one for you to snack on.
