Have some leftover pumpkin pie? Grab a slice, some vanilla ice cream, and your favorite kind of milk because we are making Pumpkin Pie Milkshakes!

Now I've made Berry Pie Milkshakes and Apple Pie Milkshakes, but this year I'm all about these Pumpkin Pie Milkshakes. They're cold, creamy, and have that delicious pumpkin flavor. And yes, it's made with a slice of leftover pumpkin pie!! Because why not?

These milkshakes are really easy to make, and they only take a few ingredients so they can be ready in less than 10 minutes.

A FEW NOTES BEFORE WE GET STARTED

  • Measuring Your Ingredients:
    • I strongly encourage that you use a kitchen scale to measure your ingredients and ensure that you have the most accurate measurements possible.

You'll start off by making the whipped cream. Use a handheld mixer to blend together your heavy cream and sugar until somewhat stiff peaks have formed, scrapping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Set this aside.

Now grab your blender and add your vanilla ice cream and milk to it, blending it together for 10-15 seconds until it is combined.

Grab your slice of pumpkin pie and add it to the blender. Puree it for another 10-15 minutes until combined, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.

Divide the milkshake into two glasses and top each off with a spoonful of whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. Add a straw and enjoy that pumpkin flavored goodness!
