It wouldn't be summer if I wasn't making new milkshake recipes for all of you! These Peanut Butter Cup Milkshakes are rich and creamy with that delicious chocolate and peanut butter flavor combination.
Vanilla ice cream, milk, peanut butter and peanut butter cups are blended together to make the most delicious drink. It's cold and creamy which makes it the perfect thing to enjoy on a hot day.

Let's get started! Puree the ice cream, milk, and peanut butter in a blender for 10-15 seconds until thick and creamy. Add 10 of the chopped peanut butter cups and blend for 10-15 seconds.
Combine heavy cream and sugar in a medium sized bowl. Mix on medium-high with a handheld or stand mixer until somewhat stiff peaks have formed.
Pour milkshake into two tall glasses and chill until ready to serve. Top each milkshake with a spoonful of whipped cream and the rest of the chopped mini peanut butter cups. Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Cup Milkshakes
- 5-6 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 170 grams (¾ cup) milk
- 180 grams (¾ cup) creamy peanut butter
- 12 mini peanut butter cups, chopped
Whipped Cream
- 113 grams (½ cup) heavy cream
- 1 tbsp sugar

- Add 10 of the chopped peanut butter cups and blend for 10-15 seconds.
Whipped Cream

- Mix on medium-high with a handheld or stand mixer until somewhat stiff peaks have formed.
Assembly
- Pour milkshake into two tall glasses and chill until ready to serve.
- Top each milkshake with a spoonful of whipped cream and the rest of the chopped mini peanut butter cups.

Notes
- Milkshakes are best enjoyed immediately.
- You can use regular size peanut butter cups in place of mini, but use 6 total, 4 for the milkshakes and 2 for the topping.
