These Peanut Butter Cup Milkshakes are rich and creamy with that delicious chocolate and peanut butter flavor combination.

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Cup Milkshakes

  • 5-6 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 170 grams (3/4 cup) milk
  • 180 grams (3/4 cup) creamy peanut butter
  • 12 mini peanut butter cups, chopped

Whipped Cream

  • 113 grams (1/2 cup) heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Peanut Butter Cup Milkshakes

  1. Puree the ice cream, milk, and peanut butter in a blender for 10-15 seconds until thick and creamy.
  2. Add 10 of the chopped peanut butter cups and blend for 10-15 seconds.

Whipped Cream

  1. Combine heavy cream and sugar in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Mix on medium-high with a handheld or stand mixer until somewhat stiff peaks have formed.

Assembly

  1. Pour milkshake into two tall glasses and chill until ready to serve.
  2. Top each milkshake with a spoonful of whipped cream and the rest of the chopped mini peanut butter cups.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Milkshakes are best enjoyed immediately.
  • You can use regular size peanut butter cups in place of mini, but use 6 total, 4 for the milkshakes and 2 for the topping.
