Oreo McFlurry

Who else grew up enjoying a cold, delicious Oreo McFlurry on a hot day? That creamy, rich ice cream that's paired with the classic sweet, crunchy cookie. This Oreo McFlurry is just like the original with a no churn vanilla ice cream base and finely crushed Oreos in every bite. Craving an M&M version? I've got you covered too!

The ice cream takes about 3-4 hours to chill to that perfect McFlurry consistency. From there it can be scooped into glasses and enjoyed by the spoonful or even with a straw.

A FEW NOTES BEFORE WE GET STARTED

Measuring Your Ingredients:

  • I strongly encourage that you use a kitchen scale to measure your ingredients and ensure that you have the most accurate measurements possible.

Place a large bowl in the freezer to chill. Combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla bean paste, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.

Pour the whipped cream in the chilled bowl and use a hand mixer to mix on low-medium at first followed by medium-high until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk mixture just until combined. Fold in almost all of the finely crushed Oreos.

Carefully add the ice cream to a 9" x 5" pan.

Spread evenly with an offset spatula and top with more crushed Oreos before covering it with plastic wrap, making sure the plastic wrap touches it directly.

Freeze for 3-4 hours. Serve by scooping it into glasses. Enjoy!
