I'm back with another s'mores flavored recipe, and this might be the easiest one yet! This S'mores Bark has bittersweet and white chocolate swirled together and topped with mini marshmallows and finely crushed graham crackers. It's like a deconstructed s'more!

I'm not kidding when I say this bark is so easy to make. All you need to do is melt both types of chocolate and swirl them together. You'll crush the graham crackers up until they're fine crumbs. Once assembled, the bark chills in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

A FEW NOTES BEFORE WE GET STARTED

Measuring Your Ingredients:

  • I strongly encourage that you use a kitchen scale to measure your ingredients and ensure that you have the most accurate measurements possible.

Place the bittersweet chocolate in a small bowl and microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring each time, until melted. Repeat this with the white chocolate.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and pour the bittersweet chocolate out, saving just a little in the bowl. Use an offset spatula to spread it evenly until it is about ¼" thick.

Drizzle the white chocolate over the bittersweet chocolate, making sure to leave some spots bare. Add the remaining bittersweet chocolate on top to balance it out.

Use a toothpick to create swirls in the chocolate until you like the design.

Place marshmallows on top, gently pressing them into the chocolate.

Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top. Transfer the cookie sheet to the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes until it has set. Once set, break apart the bark into smaller pieces. Enjoy!
