These Gingerbread Milkshakes are cold, creamy and taste just like gingerbread cookies! Molasses and a hint of cinnamon and ginger are added to give them that classic gingerbread flavor, and they’re topped off with whipped cream and a mini gingerbread cookie.

These Gingerbread Milkshakes are so easy to make and come together quickly. You’ll need to make the whipped cream first and then blend together the milkshake before assembling it all together.
A FEW NOTES BEFORE WE GET STARTED
- Measuring Your Ingredients:
- I strongly encourage that you use a kitchen scale to measure your ingredients and ensure that you have the most accurate measurements possible.
You'll first get started by making the whipped cream. Combine heavy cream and sugar in a medium sized bowl.
Mix on medium-high with a handheld or stand mixer until somewhat stiff peaks have formed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use, slightly whisking before using if need be.
Puree ice cream, milk, molasses, and spices in a blender for 10-15 seconds until thick and creamy.
Pour milkshake into each glass. Top each milkshake with a spoonful of whipped cream and a gingerbread cookie. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
