If you love ice cream, you'll really love this No Churn Waffle Cone Ice Cream. Crushed waffle cone and chocolate is folded into a super simple no churn vanilla ice cream. It's so delicious!

This ice cream is no churn which means it doesn't require an ice cream maker to make. Instead it's made with heavy cream that's whipped to stiff peaks and sweetened condensed milk.

A FEW NOTES BEFORE WE GET STARTED

  • Measuring Your Ingredients:
    • I strongly encourage that you use a kitchen scale to measure your ingredients and ensure that you have the most accurate measurements possible.

Place a large bowl in the freezer to chill. Combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla bean paste, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.

Pour the whipped cream in the chilled bowl and use a hand mixer to mix on low-medium at first followed by medium-high until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk mixture just until combined. Crush the Muddy Bites and gently fold in. If you're using waffle cones and chocolate chips, crush the waffle cones and add those in.

Carefully add the ice cream to a 9" x 5" pan. Spread evenly with an offset spatula and top with plastic wrap, making sure the plastic wrap touches it directly.

Freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Enjoy!
