This Cranberry Fizz Mocktail is a fun and festive drink to make during the holidays. It's super simple and easy to make and is topped off with sugared cranberries to make it look extra fancy!

You'll make the sugared cranberries first and let them sit for an hour to dry out before rolling them in sugar. Then you can make the mocktail which will come together really quickly.

Combine 49 grams (¼ cup) sugar and water in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and then turn down the heat and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add cranberries and let it sit for a few minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment and spoon cranberries out onto it. Discard extra syrup. Let cranberries sit for about an hour to dry slightly. Roll in the rest of the sugar, 49 grams (¼ cup).

Add ice to a cocktail shaker followed by the cranberry juice, lemon lime soda, and simple syrup. Shake well and pour into glass. Top with a spoonful of sugared cranberries. Enjoy!
