This Peppermint Bark Cocktail is rich and creamy with just the right balance of peppermint and chocolate. White chocolate and crushed candy cane are added to the rim of the glass to make it look extra fancy.

Peppermint bark liqueur and creme de cacao liqueur give it its signature taste and ice and a little bit of heavy cream help balance both flavors out.

Remove wrappers from candy canes and place in a plastic bag. Crush into very fine pieces. Pour onto a small plate.

Melt white chocolate melting wafers in a bowl in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time, stirring each time until fully melted. Pour onto another small plate.

Carefully dip the rim of the glass into the white chocolate, rotating it until it is fully covered. Dip the covered rim in the finely crushed peppermint until it is fully covered. Place in fridge to chill.

Add ice to a cocktail shaker followed by both liqueurs and the heavy cream. Shake well. Carefully pour into glass. Enjoy!
