Strawberry Chip Buttercream
- 6 oz (12 tbsp) unsalted butter, softened
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 tbsp (1.25 oz bag) freeze dried strawberries, finely ground and sifted
- 680 grams (6 cups) powdered sugar, sifted
- 6 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped and sifted
