  • 2 ½-3 tbsp crème de menthe
  • 2 tbsp chopped bittersweet chocolate, plus more for topping
  • Green food coloring

Whipped Cream

  • 113 grams (1/2 cup) heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Mint Chip Milkshakes

  1. Puree ice cream, milk, and crème de menthe in a blender for 10 seconds until thick and creamy.

  2. Top each milkshake with a spoonful of whipped cream and chopped chocolate.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

You can use mint extract instead to make it more kid friendly, but be sure to add about 1 tsp at a time until you reach the flavor you want as a little goes a long way.
