I’m back with another milkshake recipe for you! This one’s not only creamy and delicious, but its hint of liqueur adds an extra fun touch. Yep, Raspberry Liqueur Milkshakes!
A delicious raspberry coulis is drizzled inside the glass to make a beautiful design. Vanilla ice cream, milk, and raspberry liqueur are blended to create a creamy, decadent milkshake, and the whole thing is topped with a spoonful of whipped cream and more raspberries!

Summer is here, and I’m ready to start baking with all of the summer berries. Pies, cakes, tarts – you name it. But one thing I really wanted to dream up this year is a cookie that would feature all of my favorite berries: raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries- a Triple Berry Cookie!
These Triple Berry Cookies are sweet and soft, with all the bold berry flavors of summer that you love. Freeze dried raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries are finely crushed and added into the dough. A small scoop of each dough is combined to make the coolest design, and each cookie is rolled in sugar to give it that crackled, crunchy top. It’s truly the best.

I hope so because these Mini Chocolate Cupcakes with Raspberry Buttercream are so good that you’ll want more than one. Their rich and chocolate-y flavor pairs perfectly with their tart yet sweet raspberry buttercream.
They’re even extra pretty because of the bright color that the buttercream gets from the freeze dried raspberries so there’s no need for food coloring! You can see all the beautiful little specs of raspberry in their frosting. I used an Ateco 869 piping tip to pipe the frosting, but you can use any similar tip you’d like.
