Giant Neapolitan Sugar Cookies

I first came up with the idea for these Giant Neapolitan Sugar Cookies because I thought that the infamous flavor combination should be, no, needed to be, transformed into a cookie. And not just any kind of cookie, but in a giant cookie where each bite gives you a different flavor combination. With one turn of the cookie you’re tasting chocolate and vanilla, with another, strawberry and chocolate, and so on and so forth!

Flower Cut-Out Cookies Tutorial

I like a lot of different desserts, but sometimes there’s just nothing that beats a classic cut-out sugar cookie topped with buttercream frosting and shiny sugar sprinkles. They taste delicious and always look so pretty.

I dreamt up the idea for these cut-out flower cookies as a fun way to celebrate spring. You can use any cut-out sugar cookie recipe you like, any buttercream recipe you like, and any sprinkles you like, but you don’t have to worry about having a cookie cutter. Chocolate Coconut Cookies

I dreamt up the recipe for these Chocolate Coconut Cookies when I was craving a fudgy cookie with just a hint of coconut. These cookies hit the spot with their fudgy center and their sugary, toasted coconut tops.

Dipping each cookie in sweetened coconut followed by sugar gives them a slightly crunchy texture because of the way the coconut toasts in the oven.
