I’ve always loved decorating for holidays, and one of my favorite patriotic decorations is the classic red, white and blue bunting. It’s big, elegant, and bold looking, and it always makes me think of the Fourth of July. So why not make a cookie version?

These Patriotic Bunting Sugar Cookies are super easy to make and such a fun, festive dessert! A leaf piping tip is used to get those ruffled layers of red, white, and blue royal icing, and star sprinkles are added to make them look extra patriotic.

Chocolate Easter Bunny Cupcake Tutorial

There are a lot of great Easter candy options to choose from, but my all time favorite is the classic chocolate Easter bunny. There’s something about delicious chocolate wrapped in shiny gold foil and carefully peeling back that foil to nibble away on that chocolate bit by bit.

These Chocolate Easter Bunny Cupcakes have all of that nostalgic and classic Easter feeling in the form of a cupcake! They start off by being dipped in a graham cracker mixture that looks just like moss. Then they’re topped with a mini chocolate Easter bunny brushed in gold luster dust to give them that shiny gold foil look, just like the real thing!

New Year’s Eve Piñata Clock Cookie Tutorial

New Year’s Eve is almost here, and I am all for celebrating the new year. This year I wanted to make a fun, interactive dessert that’s perfect for enjoying as a part of your New Year’s Eve festivities. Instead of just making New Year’s Eve cookies, why not make New Year’s Eve cookies that are filled with sprinkles and have a stained glass candy center?!

Yep, these New Year’s Eve Piñata Clock Cookies have three layers so you can hide sprinkles in them! When you bite into them or break them in half, the sprinkles spill out. Plus, the top layer’s stained glass center gives you a peak inside!
